Wholesale Purchasing Through the Wholesale Page
For Non-Wholesale Polygonal Encyclopedia merchandise purchasing though third party 3D Printing services, refer to their warranties, shipping and return policies directly on their websites.
By ordering merchandise through Polygonal Encyclopedia’s website Wholesale Checkout Page your purchase is subject to the Wholesale Terms below:
Wholesale customer accounts are made only through communication with and agreed upon by Polygonal Encyclopedia. Wholesale customer accounts are for businesses only. When the account is made the Wholesale customer will receive a login password to access the Polygonal Encyclopedia Wholesale Buying Page. Wholesale customers agree not to share the login password with other individuals or entities.
Wholesale Payment
By placing a Wholesale Product Order through this site’s Wholesale Checkout Page your agree that all information you provide to us is accurate. You agree that you are the authorized credit card or debit card purchaser to place your order. You agree that you hold adequate funds to cover the cost of the ordered merchandise.
Polygonal Encyclopedia does not collect or retain credit card or debit card numbers from its customers. Purchases made through Polygonal Encyclopedia’s Wholesale Checkout Page are done so through the secure third party website, Stripe. Wholesale Order Cancellation
Polygonal Encyclopedia’s 3D printed products are made-to-order, once production begins the Wholesale order can no longer be cancelled. Wholesale orders may be cancelled with no charge only if cancelation notification is given by the buyer within 48 hours from the placement of the order. Wholesale order cancelations must be made within a 48 hour period from the purchase time for the buyer to receive a full refund.
Wholesale Purchasing Warranty
The Wholesale Purchasing Warranty applies only to Polygonal Encyclopedia Wholesale Orders. Please inspect the Polygonal Encyclopedia merchandise upon receipt immediately. Polygonal Encyclopedia warrants merchandise will substantially meet the appearance of the jewelry displayed on the website within the technological limitations of the 3D Printing services. If a Polygonal Encyclopedia product is defective at the time of its arrival and you believe you are entitled to a replacement consistent with our Wholesale Warranty, contact us within 6 days after receipt of the jewelry. Please also supply us photographs of the defective areas of jewelry within the 6 days after receipt of the product. Such Wholesale Warranty claim can be made only within 6 days after receipt of the jewelry by you. Polygonal Encyclopedia will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund after you’ve submitted the claim.
Wholesale Returns
No refunds will be issued after the 48 hour cancellation period for Wholesale Orders. Unused merchandise from Wholesale Orders may be exchanged or returned for online store credit within 30 days from the product delivery date or at our discretion.
Polygonal Encyclopedia Wholesale Order returns must be arranged with Polygonal Encyclopedia before shipped.
Production Time and Shipping For Wholesale Orders
Polygonal Encyclopedia’s products are made-to-order. Wholesale Orders typically ship in 11 days.
You understand that Polygonal Encyclopedia may choose to drop-ship your Wholesale Order directly to you from our third party 3D Printing service.
Manufacturing and Shipping Delays For Wholesale Orders
Polygonal Encyclopedia agrees to notify wholesale buyers of delays in a prompt and timely manner.
While it is important to Polygonal Encyclopedia that your order arrives promptly, shipping dates may vary according to delays from the 3D Printing manufacturer, postal or carrier delivery services. You understand and agree that Polygonal Encyclopedia is not liable for loss of profit or damages due to delays in manufacturing or shipping products to you.
